Project Description
Students will excavate real fossils from plaster. They will gather data on their fossil and identify it by comparing their data and observations to known fossils while learning:
- What happens to animals when their environments change?
- How do animals adapt to their environment?
- What can we learn from the fossil record?
- How can we share our data with others in a way that is easy to understand?
